When does the travel eSIM package start to be valid?

The validity period of the travel eSIM package will start when you install the eSIM on your phone or when your eSIM is connected to a supported carrier. We will clearly state the validity period of the eSIM for each country in the corresponding content of that eSIM

Renewing your eSIM mobile package depends on the type of eSIM and the country you choose. Most of Esim Cheap's eSIM data packages currently do not support renewal. However, you do not need to worry, if you run out of data, you can easily buy a new eSIM package to continue accessing the Internet. The operation is extremely simple and quick.

Depending on the eSIM package and the country you choose, the eSIM will come with a phone number or not. For example, in Vietnam or the UK, Esim Cheap offers both data-only packages and phone number packages that allow you to receive calls and messages normally.

Depending on the country, Esim Cheap's eSIM package may or may not allow mobile data sharing (hotspot/tethering). Some countries that Gigago is offering eSIM with hotspot functionality, such as Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.
