What do you need to prepare before installing eSIM?

Before starting to install eSIM on your device, you need to prepare:

► Device compatible with eSIM

You need to make sure your device is compatible with eSIM technology. Check our eSIM supported devices list to see if your device can use eSIM.

► Email in use

The provider will send a QR code containing the eSIM and other information (SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code for manual setup) to the email you provide.

► WiFi

You need to make sure the device is connected to a stable WiFi to be able to install and activate the eSIM.

Tip: Print the QR code on paper or write down the activation code information to enter manually if you only have one phone. You can use another device to take a photo of the QR code and scan it. In particular, with iOS 17, you can scan the QR code directly from the Photo Album.
